The Certificate of Lawfulness means Askett Nurseries, Buckinghamshire, can continue trading as a garden centre without fear of enforcement
Malcolm Scott Consultants Ltd also obtained retrospective planning permission for retention of a pergola structure at the site.
By formalising the planning situation at the site, the certificate and permission will also enhance site value.
The work carried out by Malcolm Scott Consultants Ltd included preparing sworn statements on behalf of the applicants, collating evidence and liaising closely with the Local Planning Authority, to achieve a successful outcome.
