Malcolm Scott Consultants have gained planning permission for a horticultural glasshouse and growing area on behalf of Chessington Nurseries Ltd
Despite pre-application advice from the Council that the application would meet with refusal, Malcolm Scott Consultants used their detailed knowledge of the site's history and were able to provide local councillors with enough information to support the development against officers' recommendations.
