Malcolm Scott Consultants gain further Green Belt planning approval, for Oakington Garden Centre
Lying in the Cambridgeshire Green Belt, the development is for the extension to a Car Park, Service Yard, Canopy and Walkway and re-cladding of Glasshouses, and also the conversion of an Existing Nursery Glasshouse to Retail/Coffee Shop use. This lifts the restriction on the range of goods which can be sold. The garden centre now has consent to sell a wide range of goods which a garden centre usually stocks, thereby considerably enhancing the centre’s sales potential.
