Malcolm Scott Consultants Ltd gain planning consent for Nursery Development in the Green Belt
Malcolm Scott Consultants Limited recently obtained planning consent from Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council on behalf of Hawkesmill Nurseries at Kenilworth for 2,400m² of development on a Greenfield site in the Warwickshire Green Belt. The development consists of Production Polytunnels, Concrete Access Track, Nursery Yard, Irrigation Tank and Staff Portakabin, together with a Barn Extension which will enable production to be increased by one million plants per annum.
