Planning Permission for Kemps Plants near Yate

Kemps Plants has planning consent for a 3ha Nursery and Retail Plant Centre on a Greenfield site in the Gloucestershire Green Belt
“The encouraging aspect of this consent is that the retail element has not been limited either to a percentage of total sales nor to a defined range of goods” commented Malcolm Scott Consultants who represented Kemps Plants.
The Retail Plant Centre amounts to over 2,000m² including shop and canopy sales space selling plants and garden sundries.
Kemps Plants are looking to develop the site later in 2009.
