An example of one of the many designs and planning permission case studies which MSC have achieved was for a garden centre expansion on behalf of Groves Nurseries in Dorset, a site located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

In addition, the centre is located in a flood risk zone, next to five listed buildings and was accessed from a strategic network road.

In spite of all adverse planning factors, the MSC team pulled together a comprehensive planning application for a new restaurant, shop, canopies and car park which was subsequently approved by planning officers.
