Candor is the core value that drives innovation in our company more than any other. We encourage a culture of asking questions and not being afraid to question why we do things the way we do them.  It’s the candor value that makes our team and clients more comfortable having difficult conversations as well as creating an open and honest culture.

Kaizen

Kaizen is a Japanese term meaning “change for the better” or “continuous improvement.” It is a Japanese business philosophy regarding the processes that continuously improve operations and involve all businesses and employees.  We believe this is a key part of our business, helping us to focus on innovation, trends and future planning.

Entrust

We understand our clients trust us with information, data and their businesses future plans.  We understand the responsibility this encompasses and we work with this in mind consistently.

Devoir

The French verb devoir means “must,” “to have to,”, essentially, it’s used when we “have to” do something.  This value drives our commitment to hitting our deadlines and objectives.

Our professionalism includes a variety of personal qualities and behaviours which demonstrate our commitment to delivering an effective performance in every job we do.  Our view of professionalism is that this encompasses ‘commitment and confidence’, ‘responsibility’, ‘dependability’, ‘honesty’ and ‘ethics’ which the MSC team breath.
